Business Catering Manager
Description
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen and managing a team to meet high company and client expectations.
Duties will include cooking, complying with all HACCP, COSSH and Health & Safety regulations, stock taking and control, maintaining financial records, budgetary control, profit and loss margins along with the management and motivation of staff.
The job will require you to be highly focused in providing and maintaining exceptional standards of service and developing and maintaining excellent client relationships. Good supervisory, communication and organisation skills are also essential requirements for the job.
Experience in marketing and merchandising along with improving food quality and standards are essential.
The successful candidate will have recognised Catering/Hospitality qualifications and previous experience in managing a similar operation.
Hours of work are 39 per week, working Monday – Friday
