Description
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen and managing a team to meet high company and client expectations along with continually improving the menu and food standards.
Duties will include cooking, complying with all HACCP, COSSH and Health & Safety regulations, stock taking, menu setting along with the management and motivation of staff.
The job will require you to be highly focused in providing and maintaining exceptional standards of service and developing and maintaining excellent client relationships. Good supervisory, communication and organisation skills are also essential requirements for the job.
The successful candidate will have recognised Catering/Hospitality qualifications and previous experience in managing a similar operation.
Hours of work are 25 per week, working Monday – Friday (Flexibility Required)
