We are seeking on behalf of our client, an employment business, to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join the current team and take responsibility for the Construction & Engineering sectors.
It is essential for any prospective candidates to have a minimum of 12 months previous experience within a Recruitment Consultant role.
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate the drive and determination needed to succeed in this highly competitive sales environment. You will possess strong people skills and have the ability to negotiate effectively.
You must have excellent communication skills and work well under pressure within a target driven environment.
Remuneration package will be reflective of the successful candidate’s experience within the industry and will be made up of a basic salary + generous commission structure that will allow you the opportunity to directly influence your earnings capacity. Excellent career prospects.
