Our client, a 4 Star hotel based in the Greater Belfast area is seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to join the current management team and take responsibility for managing and maintaining the high standards set in this 75 bedroom property.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant manager within a similar style hotel environment.

The successful candidate must be capable of effectively communicating with other housekeeping team members. The successful candidate should also have an eye for detail and be an excellent team player.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all cleaning is completed to the highest standards and that the public areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Train and retain staff
• Respond to customer complaints and requests as they arise
• Effectively communicate with other hotel departments
• Plan and organise weekly staff rotas

Hours of work – 8.00am-4.30pm (5 out of 7 days)
