Sous Chef – Portadown (Daytime Hours)

Description

Our client, a Catering establishment based in the Portadown area is seeking to appoint a Sous Chef to join the current management team.

The ideal candidate will be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent with a minimum of 12 months previous supervisory or management experience within a busy Catering Operation.

Duties will involve assisting the Head Chef with menu planning, stock control and ordering, ensuring Food hygiene regulations are adhered to and the supervision of kitchen staff.

Hours of work 7.30am – 2.30pm (Mon-Thurs)

Hourly rate – £17.00ph – £18.00ph
